정말 멋진 경험이었어요! 카푸치노는 완벽했어요. 부드럽고 진하면서도 맛의 균형이 훌륭했죠. 호두빵도 먹어봤는데 (사실 케이크에 더 가까웠어요!) 정말 맛있었어요. 촉촉하고 풍미 가득해서 커피와 함께 먹으니 최고의 디저트였어요. 무엇보다 서비스가 정말 좋았어요. 사장님은 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨고, 진심으로 신경 써주셨어요. 손님을 진심으로 생각하고 최고의 경험을 만들어주려고 노력하는 게 느껴졌어요. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요. 이 근처에 오시면 꼭 한번 들러보세요 ☕️✨

I had such a lovely experience here! The cappuccino was perfectly made — smooth, rich, and beautifully balanced. I also tried the walnut bread (more like a cake, honestly!) and it was absolutely delicious — moist, flavorful, and the perfect treat alongside my coffee. What truly made the visit special was the service. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. You can tell he really cares about his customers and the experience he creates. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area ☕️✨

사우스 켄싱턴 지점 정말 좋아해요. 임신 중이신 직원분과 팀원분들 모두 항상 웃는 얼굴로 훌륭한 서비스를 제공해 주셔서 고객 한 분 한 분이 특별하게 대접받는 느낌이 들어요. 언제나 환영받는 기분이고 우선적으로 응대받는 느낌이에요. 앞으로도 계속 좋은 서비스 부탁드려요. 초콜릿 케이크는 정말 최고로 맛있어요.

Absolutely love your branch here in South Kensington. The pregnant lady and her team are always smiling and providing amazing service making feel customers special. I feel always welcome and prioritised. Keep up with great job. Your chocolate gateau is absolutely divine and delicious.

가게는 따뜻하고 환영하는 분위기였습니다. 깨끗하고 차분하며, 카운터 뒤편에 있는 모든 직원들이 서두르지 않고 친절하게 대해주었습니다. 오늘 오전 중반에 도착했는데, 보통 그 시간에는 준비되지 않는 훈제 연어 호밀 타르틴을 먹고 싶었습니다. 더글러스에서 친절하게 준비해 주겠다고 제안해 주었습니다. 이렇게 세심한 배려는 흔치 않았고, 덕분에 방문이 더욱 특별하게 느껴졌습니다. 타르틴은 정말 맛있었어요. 신선하고, 잘 차려져 있었고, 제가 원하던 바로 그 맛이었습니다. 훌륭한 음식에 이런 수준의 고객 서비스가 더해지면 다시 찾고 싶어집니다. 더글러스와 올레앤스틴 팀원들에게 정말 감사드립니다. 친절한 서비스까지!

The shop is warm and welcoming — clean, calm, and everyone behind the counter is friendly without being rushed. Today I arrived mid morning and wanted a smoked salmon rye tartine that isn’t usually ready at that time. Douglas very kindly offered to have one prepared for me. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare, and it made the visit feel really personal. The tartine was delicious — fresh, well put together, and exactly what I wanted. When great food meets that level of customer care, it makes you want to come back. Huge thanks to Douglas and the team at Ole & Steen for such kind service.

절대 가지 마세요!!! 인사하기도 전에 차가운 눈빛으로 맞이합니다. 빵과 과자류는 전부 대량 생산된 제품이에요! 정말 맛없습니다. 위생 상태도 심각하게 개선해야 합니다! 이 근처에 훨씬 나은 곳들이 많아요!!! 도망치세요!!!

À éviter !!! À peine bonjour et on vous expédie d’un regard noir. Viennoiseries salées et sucrées 100% industrielles ! Absolument pas bon. Et l’hygiène… à revoir ! Il y a beaucoup mieux dans le quartier !!! Fuyez !!!

Ole and steen is amazing!!! I come here nearly every day and I am always greeted and served quickly and efficiently! The quality is terrific, I love the coffee, socials and toasties. The staff is always lovely. I love coming here at lunches as it’s a great way to relax and have a coffee. Thank you all the team! Way to go ole and steen!
