  가족과 함께 팬케이크를 먹으러 방문했는데, 아쉽게도 실망스러운 경험이었습니다. 팬케이크가 나오기까지 약 40분이나 기다려야 했는데, 너무 오래 걸렸습니다. 서비스 또한 기대에 미치지 못했고, 좀 더 세심하고 체계적인 서비스를 제공했으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 앞으로 대기 시간 단축과 전반적인 서비스 개선을 통해 더 나은 고객 경험을 제공해 주시기를 바랍니다.

  We visited for pancakes with family, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We had to wait around 40 minutes for our pancakes, which was quite long. The service also did not meet our expectations, and we felt it could have been more attentive and organized. We hope the team works on improving wait times and overall service for a better customer experience in the future.

  아이홉(I Hop)의 버터밀크 팬케이크는 정말 최고예요. 단언컨대 최고입니다. 우버(Uber)로 주문해서 먹어봤는데, 정말 실망시키지 않더라고요. 아침 부리토도 정말 맛있어요. 푸짐하고 고기도 듬뿍 들어있어요. 매장에서 먹었을 때는 스테이크를 시켰는데, 생각보다 훨씬 맛있었어요. 고급 레스토랑 스테이크보다 훨씬 나을 정도였어요. 서비스는 그냥 그랬어요. 레스토랑 분위기는 여전히 좀 어두컴컴했고요.

  I hop has the best buttermilk pancakes ever. Periodt. I ordered thru UBer their buttermilk pancakes and Oh boy they never disappoint. THey also have the best breakfast burrito. so hearty and meaty. When I dined in, I ordered the steak and suprisingly, it was so good. I would prefer this over the steak in high end restos. Service was just so-so. The resto seems gloomy as always.

  IHOP은 특히 몇몇 지점에서 별도의 할랄 메뉴를 제공하면서 가족 아침 식사 장소로 인기를 얻고 있습니다. IHOP의 아침 식사 메뉴는 푸짐하고 든든하며 달콤하고 짭짤한 음식의 갈증을 모두 해소해 주므로, 절대 후회하지 않을 거예요! 저는 큼직한 스테이크 오믈렛을 정말 좋아하는데, 절대 실망하지 않아요. 반면에 IHOP 메뉴 가격은 제 취향에는 좀 비싼 편이지만, 꾸준히 방문하니 어쩔 수 없나 봐요. 서비스는 괜찮지만 개선의 여지가 있습니다. 이번 방문 때는 서비스가 조금 느렸고, 수저도 없이 음식이 나왔습니다. 전반적으로 10점 만점에 8.5점입니다!

  IHOP is turning into a favorite family breakfast place, specially since a few branches are offering a separate halal menu. Because you can't go wrong with IHOP breakfast meals that are large-sized, comforting servings, satisfying both your sweet and savory cravings! I'm a huge fan of their big steak omelette and it never disappoints. On the flip side, IHOP menu pricing is steep for my liking, but then again I keep returning here, so I guess I can live with this. Service is decent, but there is room for improvement. Service was a tad bit slow during this visit and we were served food with no cutlery. Overall a 8.5/10 breakfast experience!

  저희는 헬스장 운동 후 늦은 아침 식사를 하러 방문했는데, 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 음식은 훌륭했고 정성껏 준비되어 있었습니다. 특히 분홍색 상의를 입으신 매니저님께 감사드립니다. 뛰어난 서비스 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 매니저님의 전문성과 세심한 배려에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다.

  We came in for a late night breakfast after the gym and had a very pleasant experience. The food was excellent and well prepared. A special thank you to the manager wearing the pink top for providing outstanding service. Your professionalism and attentiveness truly made our visit enjoyable. We look forward to returning.
