  The service was so bad and the food was not good. They didn't give me any changes because they didn't have coins, and there was no apology or anything about it. I'll never go twice 동전이 없다고 거스름돈을 안주었습니다. 거스름돈 없다는 말도 없었고 가서 거스름돈을 달라고 하니 없다고 못준다고 하고 진짜 어이가 없었습니다. 사과도 없었습니다. 두번 다시는 가지 않을거 같네요 다들 조심하세요

  간단한 아침 식사를 원해서 분위기가 좋아 보이는 카페에 들어갔습니다. 계란과 과일 컵, 커피를 주문했어요. 서비스는 괜찮았지만, 카페에 활기가 느껴지지 않았습니다. 맛있어 보이는 초콜릿 크루아상을 먹어보고 싶었는데, 다행히 다른 사람이 먼저 사갔어요 (정말 고마웠죠). 계란은 기름기가 많았고, 곁들여 나온 샐러드는 제대로 씻지 않은 것 같았습니다. 커피는 큰 머그잔에 나왔어요. 과일 컵에는 오렌지 주스와 딸기, 바나나가 듬뿍 들어 있었습니다. 아마 차와 페이스트리는 한번 먹어볼 만할 것 같아요.

  We wanted simple breakfast and walked into the cafe just because it looked nice . We ordered eggs and a fruit cup plus coffee. The service was ok but I felt there was no energy in the place. I wanted to try their chocolate croissant that looked delicious but luckily someone else bought it before me ( I am grateful for that ) . The eggs were oily , the salad on the side wasn’t washed properly. The coffee came in a big mug. The fruit cup comes filled with orange juice along with strawberry , bananas immersed. Maybe one needs to try their tea and pastry..

  If you find yourself wandering through the heart of London and craving something sweet, Caffé Concerto on Regent Street is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by an atmosphere of elegance and a display of cakes that can only be described as breathtaking. ​The Highlights ​The selection of cakes and tortes is truly stunning. It is nearly impossible to choose just one piece because the craftsmanship in the display cases is world-class. During my visit, I tried the Strawberry Gateau, which was light, fresh, and perfectly balanced. However, the real standout was the Dubai Chocolate Cake. It was rich, indulgent, and lived up to the high expectations—a must-try for any chocolate lover! ​Exemplary Service ​What truly sets this location apart, however, is the staff. I was particularly impressed by the service provided by Nimra Kashif. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Nimra was exceptionally obliging, making us feel right at home despite the busy Regent Street rush. It is rare to find such personal and warm service in such a high-traffic area. ​Things to Note ​It is worth mentioning that the experience comes at a premium. The café is quite expensive, even by London standards. You are paying for the prime location and the luxurious "Instagrammable" aesthetic. However, for a special treat or a break during a shopping trip, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the team make it worth the splurge. ​Summary: Gorgeous cakes, a massive selection, and top-tier service from Nimra Kashif.
