  아담하고 예쁜 말차 & 커피 카페예요. 후기들과는 달리 직원분들 덕분에 정말 좋은 경험을 했어요! 항상 웃는 얼굴로 친절하게 맞아주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 가게가 금방 붐비긴 하지만, 기다릴 만한 가치가 충분하고 음료도 정말 빨리 나와요. 말차 색깔도 정말 맑고 진한 초록색에 깊은 풍미까지 완벽했어요. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요!

  Beautiful little matcha and coffee cafe. Despite the reviews, I actually had an amazing experience with the staff! Smiley, pleasant, and very welcoming. The store gets busy so fast but the line is so worth it and drinks get made very quick. The matcha color was absolutely ethereal, so green and such a deep flavour. Will be back next time I’m in Paris!

  누앙스 카페에 가서 말차 딸기(7유로)를 주문했어요. 말차는 괜찮았어요. 최고는 아니었지만 나쁘지도 않았어요. '괜찮다'라는 표현이 딱 맞을 것 같아요. 직원들은 친절했지만 항상 바빠 보였고, 분위기는 좋았어요. 문제는 앉을 자리였어요. 좌석이 몇 개 없어서 음료를 사서 다른 데 가서 마시는 게 나을 것 같아요. 앉아서 커피를 마시고 싶다면 이곳은 적합하지 않아요.

  Went to Nuance café, got the matcha strawberry (7 euros) . The matcha is fine, not the best i ever had, but also not bad, so fine is the word. Staff is sweet al thought they are always in a hurry, atmosphère cool, the problem is the sitting. Designed with few seats, it’s a place to buy your drink and have it else where.   카페 누앙스는 아름다운 인테리어와 훌륭한 로즈 말차 라떼를 자랑하는데, 이는 메뉴의 진정한 하이라이트이자 제가 이곳을 다시 찾는 주된 이유입니다. 공간 디자인 또한 세심하게 잘 꾸며져 있어 매우 매력적입니다. 하지만 눈에 띄는 일관성 부족이 있습니다. 같은 음료를 주문했는데도 로즈 말차 위에 장미 꽃잎이 올라가 있는 경우가 있고 없는 경우가 있습니다. 더욱 안타까운 것은 서비스입니다. 직원들은 한결같이 불친절하고 오만하며 손님을 환영하지 않는 태도를 보입니다. 미소, 인사, 쾌적한 분위기 조성과 같은 기본적인 예의조차 찾아볼 수 없습니다. 저는 이러한 행동을 여러 번 경험했고, 다른 손님들이 비슷한 대우를 받는 것도 목격했습니다. 한번은 바리스타가 제 주문을 잘못 받았는데, 실수를 인정하면서도 처음에는 고쳐주기를 거부했습니다. 여러 차례 실랑이를 벌이고, 다른 직원이 개입해 실수를 옹호하기까지 한 끝에 결국 문제는 해결되었지만, 그 과정에서도 고객을 무시하고 적대적인 태도를 보여 손님을 전혀 배려하지 않는다는 것을 분명히 알 수 있었습니다. 진심으로 장미 말차를 좋아하고 오랫동안 단골이었지만, 솔직히 말해서 카페 키츠네에서 말차를 주문하는 걸 훨씬 더 선호합니다. 그곳은 서비스가 항상 정중하고 전문적이며 친절하거든요. 좋은 제품도 중요하지만, 좋은 서비스도 그에 못지않게 중요합니다.

  Café Nuance has a beautiful interior and an excellent rose matcha latte, which is truly the highlight of the menu and the main reason I return. The aesthetic of the space is also thoughtfully designed and very appealing. That said, there is a noticeable lack of consistency: sometimes the rose matcha is served with rose petals on top, and other times it is not, despite ordering the same drink. Unfortunately, the service significantly detracts from the overall experience. The staff consistently comes across as unfriendly, arrogant, and unwelcoming. Basic courtesies such as smiling, greeting customers, or creating a pleasant atmosphere are often missing. I have personally experienced this behavior multiple times and have also witnessed similar treatment toward other customers. On one occasion, a barista made an error with my order, acknowledged the mistake, yet initially refused to correct it. After going back and forth several times, including another staff member stepping in to defend the error rather than resolve it, the issue was eventually fixed. However, the correction was handled in a dismissive and hostile manner that made it clear the customer experience was not a priority. While I genuinely love the rose matcha and have been a loyal customer, I have to be honest: I much prefer ordering my matcha at Café Kitsuné, where the service is consistently respectful, professional, and welcoming. Quality products matter, but quality service matters just as much.

  Café Nuances in the Triangle d’Or is a true gem for coffee lovers. The quality of the coffee stands out right away — rich, well-balanced, and clearly crafted with care. The space itself is stylish and modern without feeling pretentious, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup or meet with friends.
