  깔끔하고 따뜻한 분위기의 숨겨진 멋진 카페입니다. 바리스타의 꼼꼼하고 세심한 모습에서 커피에 대한 진심 어린 열정을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 커피는 풍부하고 완벽하게 만들어져 훌륭했습니다. 페이스트리는 보기 좋게 담겨 나왔고, 맛은 전통적인 스타일에서 크게 벗어나지는 않았지만 꽤 독창적이었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 모든 것에 담긴 정성과 품질이 정말 돋보였습니다.

  Lovely hiden café with a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The barista is so precise and attentive — you can tell they truly care about the craft. The coffee was excellent, rich, and perfectly made. The pastries were beautifully presented and quite creative, though the flavours weren’t dramatically different from the classics. Still, the quality and care behind everything really stand out.

  말차는 거품 낸 오트밀크 맛이었어요. 이 정도 양의 말차에 6달러나 내야 한다는 게 이해가 안 가네요. 제발 말차 가루 좀 더 넣어주세요. 망고 라이스푸딩 페이스트리는 꽤 맛있었어요. 망고 크림은 너무 달지 않고 페이스트리는 바삭했어요. 다만 크림이 새어 나와서 먹다 보면 눅눅해지긴 해요. 라이스푸딩이 전체적으로 잘 어울려서 기대 이상이었어요. 당근 케이크와 뺑오쇼콜라는 평범했어요.

  Matcha tasted like frothed oat milk. How I’m paying 6 bucks for this little amount of matcha I have no idea. PLEASE add more matcha powder Mango rice pudding pastry was pretty good. Mango cream not overwhelmingly sweet and pastry is actually crispy. The cream seeps out so it does get soggy as you eat. Rice pudding goes pretty well with the whole thing, pleasant surprise. Carrot cake and pain au chocolat are average

  정말 훌륭한 커피입니다. 페어필드에 깔끔하게 자리 잡은 숨은 보석 같은 곳입니다. 다양한 종류의 로스팅 원두 커피를 판매하는 훌륭한 매장입니다. 어떤 커피 머신/기기/도구에 맞는 블렌드가 필요하든, 꼭 한번 가볼 만한 곳입니다.

  Damm fine coffee. A hidden Gem tucked neatly away in Fairfield. Excellent outlet for a range of roasted whole bean coffee. Definitely worth it, whether you need a blend for whichever coffee contraption/device/implement you prefer.

  서비스도 친절하고 커피도 맛있었어요. 10온스짜리 커피치고는 조금 비싸긴 했지만 정말 맛있었어요. 특히 좋았던 건 매장에서 직접 굽는 포카치아였어요. 큼직한 사각형 포카치아 한 조각에 8~9달러 정도였던 것 같은데, 정확한 가격은 아닐 수 있어요. 어쨌든 정말 신선했어요. 어떻게 만드는지는 모르겠지만 버터나 기름, 토핑 없이 봉지에서 꺼내서 그냥 먹었는데 정말 맛있었어요.

  Lovely service, good coffee. A little exey for a 10 ounce coffee but it was delish. The cherry for me was the focaccia they bake on-site. I think a good sized square chunk is around $8-9. Please don’t quote me. But it was super fresh. Not sure what they do but we ate it plain out of the bag without any butter, oil or topping. Sooooo good.
