  이 식당은 도심의 활기 넘치고 인기 있는 동네에 있는 좁은 골목길에 위치해 있습니다. 만두도 훌륭하지만, 특히 야채볶음(사진 참조)은 정말 맛있습니다. 풍미가 좋고 잘 볶아진 야채에 땅콩이 듬뿍 들어가 있어 더욱 풍미를 더했습니다. 면 요리도 괜찮았지만, 토마토 맛이 조금 강했습니다. 바나나와 초콜릿을 곁들인 튀긴 라비올리는 독특하고 색다른 맛을 선사했습니다.

  Ristorante situato in una vietta del centro città, all’interno di un quartiere vivace e molto frequentato. Ottimi i dumplings, ma una menzione speciale va soprattutto alla verdura (come da foto): saporita, ben ripassata e arricchita con arachidi, che ci stavano davvero benissimo e l’hanno resa ancora più saporita. Buoni anche i noodles, anche se con un sapore di pomodoro un po’ troppo marcato. Curiosi e particolari i ravioli fritti con banana e cioccolato, un finale diverso dal solito.

  쉬씨네 만두집은 외국인들에게 매우 인기 있는 곳인데, 시간이 지나면서 예전의 매력을 조금 잃은 것 같아요. 코로나 이전에는 자주 왔었는데, 그때는 분위기도 좋고 음식도 정말 좋아했거든요. 심지어 금속 머그컵도 하나 사서 사무실에서 쓰고 있어요. 그런데 이번에는 고수 소고기 만두를 제외하고는 좀 실망스러웠어요. 게다가 주변 환경도 지난 5년 동안 많이 변했어요. 고급 주택가로 바뀌면서 예전의 매력이 사라진 것 같아요.

  Mr Shi’s dumplings is very popular with foreigners and has lost a bit of its edge along the way. I used to come here before COVID and I really loved the place and the food. I even bought a metallic mug which I use at the office. But I was a bit disappointed this time except with the boiled beef dumplings with coriander. Also the area has changed a lot in the past 5 years. It has become more gentrified and has lost some of its charms.

  정말 멋진 곳이에요. 베이징에서 최고의 만두를 맛볼 수 있는 곳이고, 주변 환경도 훌륭해요. 주소가 74번지가 아니라 88번지인데, 찾기 어려우면 주변에 물어보세요.

  사실, 이곳은 관광객 함정입니다. 만두는 서양인의 입맛에 맞춰 만들어졌고, 중국 전통은 무시당했습니다. 게다가 만두는 너무 갈색이어서 접시에 끔찍한 기름 자국이 남습니다. 볶음밥은 그런 실수를 면했습니다. 주인이나 매니저는 벽에 이름을 써 달라고 했지만 정중히 거절했고, 다른 커플은 그냥 무시당했습니다. 가격은 평균 이상입니다.

  En verdad, este es un tourist trap. Los dumplings están hechos para el gusto occidental, dejando de lado la tradición china. Adicionalmente, los dumplings están demasiado dorados y dejan una marca terrible de aceite en el plato en el que son servidos. El arroz frito se salva de la debacle. El dueño o gerente nos invitó a colocar nuestro nombre en una de sus paredes (cortésmente dijimos que no) mientras que a otra pareja simplemente la ignoró. Los precios son por arriba del promedio.
