  30 minutes d’attente pour deux burgers, c’est vraiment trop long, surtout pour une enseigne qui se veut rapide. Les prix restent élevés pour un service aussi lent. Si vous êtes pressés, passez votre chemin : ce n’est clairement pas adapté à un déjeuner rapide. Pour une chaîne comme The Roster, les commandes devraient être prêtes en 15 minutes max. Nous pensions manger sur place et finalement nous avons du prendre à emporter pour manger en vitesse en voiture. Je ne reviendrais pas si je suis pressé et c’est souvent le cas quand je vais dans ce genre d’endroit pour manger. Peut-être faudrait-il embaucher du personnel supplémentaire en cuisine.

  Don't waste your money here, the food was terrible, the fries were old and not fresh. The burger had worse bread than what you buy at the supermarket and the burger was super oily, not to mention the cleanliness of the place and the bad smell.

  It was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my life. As soon as you walk into the place, a strange smell greets you, and it’s not a very hygienic environment either.   오늘 포장 주문에 너무 실망했습니다. 손님이 많지 않았는데도 음식이 나오기까지 오래 기다려야 했습니다. 게다가 감자튀김 하나가 빠져 있었고, 버거 패티는 전부 가죽처럼 질겨서 너무 건조했습니다. 심지어 패티 하나는 타버리기까지 했습니다. 빵도 완전히 타서 먹을 수 없을 정도였습니다. 이 가격에 이런 실수는 용납할 수 없습니다. 다시는 가지 않을 겁니다.

  Très déçue de notre commande à emporter d’aujourd’hui. Beaucoup d’attente alors qu’il n’ y avait pas encore beaucoup de monde. Première surprise, il manque une frite. Et ensuite la viande de tout nos Burgers sont des semelles donc les Burgers très secs, même une des viande est carbonisée . Le pain du croster totalement carbonisé aussi ce qui le rend immangeable . Pour le prix il ne peut pas y a voir de tels erreurs , nous n’y retournerons plus.
