  겨울에는 훠궈와 케밥이 제격이죠! 오늘은 "오래전" 양꼬치 전문점에 갔습니다. 가게 안이 너무 뜨거워서 아이스팩을 꼭 사용해야 했어요! 추운 날씨에 케밥을 먹으니 정말 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 양꼬치는 향긋하고 고기는 부드럽고 육즙이 풍부했으며, 큐민 향도 딱 적당했어요. 힘줄은 바삭하면서도 쫄깃했는데 (저는 안 먹지만 다른 분들을 위해 적어둡니다). 구운 닭 날개와 난도 훌륭했고, 기름기가 있지만 느끼하지 않았습니다. 가게는 깨끗하고 깔끔했으며, 좌석도 아늑했고, 직원들도 친절해서 구운 음식과 음료를 빠르게 채워주었습니다. 친구들과의 소규모 모임이나 겨울철 야식으로 딱 좋은 곳이에요. 먹고 나면 온몸이 따뜻해지는 기분입니다. 맛도 좋고 분위기도 정말 편안했어요.

  Winter is all about hot pot and kebabs! Today I chose the "A Long Time Ago" lamb kebab place. This place is so hot from grilling that I always need to use an ice pack! Eating kebabs in the cold is especially comforting. The lamb kebabs were incredibly fragrant, the meat was tender and juicy, and the cumin was just the right amount. The tendon was crisp and chewy (although I don't eat it, I can write this for others). The grilled chicken wings and naan were also excellent, oily but not greasy. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the seating was cozy, and the staff were friendly, replenishing grilled items and drinks promptly. It's perfect for a small gathering with friends or a late-night snack in winter. After eating, you feel warm all over; both the taste and the atmosphere are very comfortable.

  Hen Jiu Yi Qian에 들어서는 순간, 밤늦게까지 편안하게 즐길 수 있는 스모키한 바비큐 전문점의 분위기가 물씬 풍깁니다. 심플하고 실용적인 인테리어와 음식과 완벽하게 어울리는 소박한 분위기가 특징입니다. 이곳의 진짜 매력은 바로 양꼬치입니다. 후룬베이얼 초원(内蒙古呼伦贝尔)에서 방목하는 양으로 키운 양고기는 많은 손님들의 극찬을 받는 부드럽고 육즙이 풍부한 맛을 자랑합니다. 처음 몇 개의 꼬치가 정말 맛있습니다. 딱 알맞게 구워지면 한 입 베어 물 때마다 풍미가 퍼집니다. 스모키한 그릴 향, 풍부한 양기름, 그리고 양념이 어우러져 계속해서 먹고 싶게 만듭니다. 이곳은 금세 붐비는 편입니다. 저녁 시간 이후에는 사람들이 붐비고 줄이 늘어서기 때문에 일찍 가거나 대기표를 구매하면 긴 대기 시간을 피할 수 있습니다.

  Walking into Hen Jiu Yi Qian instantly sets the mood for a casual, smoky, late-night BBQ joint — with simple, functional décor and a no-frills vibe that fits the food perfectly. The real draw here is the lamb skewers: the lamb reportedly comes from grazing flocks in the grasslands (Hulunbuir Grassland / 内蒙古呼伦贝尔), giving the meat a tenderness and juiciness that many diners rave about. The first few skewers really hit: when grilled just right, each bite bursts with flavour — a mix of smoky grill, succulent lamb fat, and seasoning that makes it easy to keep eating.  The place tends to get crowded quickly. It’s often packed after evening hours, with queues forming — so going early or getting a queue-ticket (when available) helps avoid long waiting.
