  이곳 정말 좋아해요. 디저트도 최고고, 학생은 20% 할인받으니까 아마 시내에서 제일 저렴한 디저트 가게일 거예요. 하지만 직원 부족은 정말 문제예요. 제가 올 때마다 직원 한 명만 있더라고요. 오늘은 그 남자 직원이 너무 지쳐서 과로에 시달리는 것 같았어요. 주문 받고, 디저트 만들고, 음료 만들고, 음식 나르고, 설거지까지 다 하더라고요. 한 사람이 이렇게 많은 일을 하기가 너무 힘들어요. 가게 측에서 직원 복지에 더 신경 써야 할 것 같아요.

  Love love this place. Has the best desserts and students get 20% off so it’s probably the cheapest dessert spot in town. However, the lack of staff here is a problem. Most times I come here, there is only one staff member working. Today, the man working here looked exhausted and so overworked. He takes orders, makes the desserts, makes drinks, runs the food, AND washes the dishes. This is wayyyy too much work to put on one person. The business needs to care more for their staff :(

  1월 35일 일요일에 방문했는데, 별점을 줄 수 있다면 0점을 주고 싶습니다. 우선, 주문 후 크레페에 얹을 크림이 없다고 하더군요. 바나나도 없었고, 음식은 완전히 식어 있었습니다. 항의하자 "마음에 안 들면 다시 오지 마세요"라는 말을 들었습니다. 냉장고에서 물이 새서 바닥에 두 군데나 큰 물웅덩이가 생겼는데, 바닥이 젖었다는 표시도 없었습니다. 게다가 담당자는 출입구에 나가서 담배를 피웠는데, 담배 연기가 가게 안으로 다시 들어왔습니다. 그러고는 손도 씻지 않고 다시 음식 카운터로 돌아갔습니다. 정말 역겨웠습니다.

  Visited on sunday 35th january i would give 0 stars if i could firstly the guy said their was no cream avalible for our crrepes after we orderd their was also no bannana the food was stone cold when we complained was told if you dont like it dont come back. The fridge had leaked two hugh puddles on the floor no wet floor signs too be seen and then the guy in charge went and stood in the doorway smoking with the smoke blowing back inside he then went back too the food counter without washing his hands. DISCUSTING

  2월 28일 오후 2시에서 3시 사이에 방문했습니다. 서비스가 정말 최악이었어요! 일하는 두 직원은 불친절했습니다. 가족과 함께 갔는데, 가게 관리가 전혀 안 되어 있었어요. 바닥은 끈적거리고 낡았으며, 돈만 밝히는 것 같았습니다. 음식도 모두 다른 시간에 나왔어요. 남자친구의 장애가 있는 동생이 앉아 있었는데, 직원이 너무 뜨거운 프라이팬을 가져다줬습니다. 아무런 경고도 없었어요. 결국 동생은 엄지손가락을 데었습니다. 예전부터 올라온 안 좋은 리뷰들을 봤는데, 사장은 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 것 같아요. 항상 똑같은 말만 반복할 뿐 아무런 조치도 취하지 않습니다. 가게 전체를 리모델링해야 하고, 직원들도 교체해야 하며, 서빙, 교차 오염 방지, 위생, 서비스 정신에 대한 교육이 필요합니다. 다시는 오지 않을 거고, 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

  Went here on the 28th of February around 2 3 pm. The service was terrible! The The two people working were rude . I came in with my family. There is no care to the place. It felt sticky and ran down kinda gave a vibe of no care only there for money . All our food arrived on different times. My boy friend has a disabled brother that was sat there and the staff gave him a pan that was BURNING HOT. And we had no warning. He ended up burning his thumb on there. I've read the reviews old and bad and the owner obviously doesn't care . Always saying the same stuff but not doing anything about it. The place needs a whole Over hall the staff need sorting and there needs to be lessons taught about serving, cross contamination, hygiene, and hospitality. Never coming back and would not recommend

  해산물 저녁을 먹고 아이스크림이 먹고 싶었는데, 마침 이곳을 찾았어요!!! 아이스크림 종류가 정말 다양해요. 🍦 오레오랑 그린애플 🍏을 주문했는데 괜찮았어요! 하지만 그렇게 특별하진 않았어요. 손님용 화장실과 좌석 공간이 따로 있고, 다른 스웨트 디저트도 많아요. 🍨 선택의 폭이 넓어요!!! 그리고 직원들은 별로 친절하지 않아요. 😅😅😅

  We had a seafood dinner and fancy a ice cream. And found this place!!! They have lots of choice of ice cream flavors 🍦 we ordered Oreo and green apple 🍏 was ok! But not really special. They have customer toilet and seating area. Lots of other sweat desserts 🍨 choice!!! And staff are not really friendly. 😅😅😅

  If you have a sweet tooth, then Sprinkles Gelato will satisfy your sugary desires. I tried the Brownie Heaven waffle, which comes with sliced banana, brownie crumble, smothered in delicous chocolate sauce! Yum! You have an option to pair this with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (£9.50). To wash the sweetness down, I ordered a flat white (£2.50). The coffee was faultless. While the food is easily 4/5 stars, I felt it only appropriate to award 3 stars due to the underwhelming service. While the service wasn't "bad," I couldn't help but feel that more effort on the part of the staff is needed to make this establishment feel more welcoming. It's the small things that make a difference. Greet patrons with a warm smile; perhaps make some recommendations if they're unsure what they want; make a little small talk? It's not that difficult to do. A little kindness goes a long way.
