  금요일 오후에 도착해서 집으로 가는 길에 커피와 차이를 사려고 잠시 들렀습니다. 직원분은 혼자서도 아주 열심히 일하고 있었는데, 줄이 길어도 빠르게 응대하느라 정신이 없었습니다. 아내는 콜드 브루를, 저는 아몬드 밀크를 넣은 차이 티 라떼를 마셨는데 둘 다 정말 맛있었습니다. 저는 차이 라떼에 시나몬을 듬뿍 넣었는데, 마지막에 향긋한 시나몬 향이 가득했습니다. 솔직히 이 지점의 평점이 이렇게 낮은 게 좀 의외입니다. 있는 그대로 평가하자면, 정말 훌륭한 곳이었어요.

  We arrived on a Friday afternoon and stopped to grab a cup of coffee and a chai so we could make our second leg home. The woman who was working was working very diligently, and though she was by herself, she was doing a good job of getting through the line. My wife got a cold brew, and I had a chai tea latte with almond milk, and both were extremely tasty. I added extra cinnamon to mine, and there was a lot of phony goodness at the end. To be honest, I’m slightly shocked that this location has the level of review that it does. Giving it a rating for what it truly is, it was great.

  여기서 정말 실망스러운 경험을 했어요. 바리스타가 극찬하는 딸기 오트 음료를 처음 주문했는데, 그냥 뜨거운 우유에 설탕 시럽을 넣은 것뿐이었어요. 진짜 딸기 맛은 전혀 안 났어요. 너무 심해서 마실 수도 없었어요. 그래서 아몬드 우유를 넣은 카푸치노를 주문했는데, 어떻게 된 일인지 완전히 타버렸어요. 첫 모금부터 커피 가루가 탄 것 같은 끔찍한 맛이 나서 삼킬 수도 없었어요. 결국 두 잔 다 버리고 거의 19달러를 낭비했어요. 정말 후회할 일이에요. 이곳에서는 어떤 음료도 마시지 않는 걸 추천해요.

  I had such a disappointing experience here. I first ordered their strawberry oat drink, which the barista hyped up, but it was basically just hot milk with sugary syrup — no real strawberry flavor at all. It was so bad I couldn’t even have it. Then I decided to try a cappuccino with almond milk instead, but somehow they managed to burn it completely. The very first sip tasted awful, like burnt coffee grounds, and I couldn’t even swallow it. Ended up tossing both drinks and wasting almost $19. Definitely not worth it — I do not recommend getting any drinks from this place.

  한 달 동안 두 번이나 비행기를 탔어요. 말차를 좋아해요. 스타벅스가 문을 닫아서 이게 유일한 선택지 같아요. 처음 갔을 때는 오트밀크 대신 일반 우유를 주더라고요. 두 번째 갔을 때는 비행기처럼 좁은 공간에 유해 가스를 퍼뜨리고 싶지 않아서 오트밀을 다시 달라고 했어요. 카운터 뒤에 사람이 다섯 명이나 있었는데 어떻게 된 건지 주문을 못 했어요. 카드를 찍고는 다시 자기들끼리 수다를 떨기 시작했어요. 10분 정도 기다렸는데 꽤 관대한 시간이었어요. 그 뒤로 한 여자가 와서 주문을 받았어요. 카운터로 돌아가니까 뭐가 필요한지 물어봐서 입술을 깨물어야 했어요. 한 달 동안 두 명의 승무원 때문에 두 번이나 나쁜 경험을 했어요. 여기는 정말 쓰레기예요.

  I’ve flown twice in one month. I like matcha. The Starbucks is closed so this is kind of like the only other choice. The first time I went here, they gave me whole milk instead of oat milk. The second time I made sure to reiterate oat because I don’t want to spread noxious gases in a confined space like a plane. There were 5 people behind the counter and somehow managed to just not make the order. Literally went back to talking amongst themselves after tapping my card. I waited 10 minutes which is pretty generous. A lady came after me and got her order. They asked me what I needed when I returned to the counter. I had to bite my lip. 2 bad experiences in one month with 2 different crews. This place is trash.

  커피는 정말 맛있었는데, 서빙하는 직원이 고객 서비스 교육을 제대로 받지 않은 것 같았어요. 사소한 것들이 문제였어요. 예를 들어, 손님들이 다녀갔는데도 테이블이 그대로 있었어요. 저라면 나가서 테이블을 닦고 정리했을 거예요. 지금처럼 한산한 시기에 충분히 할 수 있는 일인데 말이죠.

  Really nice coffee but the girl serving , is probably not trained in customer service. Small things. e.g. People have been here and left and the tables are still the way they were. If it was me I would be out cleaning the tables, straightening things up as it is very quiet right now and that could easily be done

  필라델피아 공항에 있는 엘릭서 카페에서 삶은 달걀 두 개에 5.50달러나 내야 해서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 커피는 맛있지만, 이렇게 간단한 메뉴에 이 가격은 너무 비싼 것 같습니다. 아마 금도금된 달걀이었나 봅니다. 맛은 일반 달걀과 똑같았지만요!

  I was surprised to pay $5.50 for just two boiled eggs at Elixir in Philadelphia Airport. While I enjoy your coffee, this price seems extremely overpriced for such a simple item. I guess they must be gold-plated eggs- the taste was the same of regular ones, though!
