This is a customized experienced. You wait in line outside but then get one to one attention. We went to buy special gifts that we knew people would appreciate. We did monogrammed combs and lip balm cases.

줄이 금방 길어져요. 개점 시간에 맞춰 가지 않으면 최소 한 시간 반은 기다려야 할 거예요. 하지만 들어가자마자 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주셨어요. 방문 전에 웹사이트를 확인해서 원하는 제품을 정해두는 걸 추천해요. 웹사이트에 광고된 제품보다 매장에 있는 제품이 훨씬 적더라고요. 원하는 제품을 고른 후, 각인하는 데 10분 정도 걸렸어요. 그동안 매장을 둘러보면서 다른 제품들도 구경할 수 있어요. 헤어 브러시, 빗, 헤어 액세서리는 각인이 정말 예쁘게 잘 됐어요. 각인도 완벽했고, 아무 문제 없었어요. 다만 립밤은 각인이 살짝 중앙에서 벗어나 있었어요.

The line gets long fast. If you are not there when they open you will be standing in line for a while, at least an hour and a half. But as soon as we got in the people working there were very nice and attentive. I recommend looking at the website before coming so you know what you want. But they advertise a lot more on the website than they have in person. After we picked out what we wanted we waited around 10 min for the engraving to happen, while that was happening you can walk about the shop and look at other things that they offer. The hair brushes, combs, and hair accessories were done beautifully. The engraving was amazing, no problems there. The lip balm on the other hand, the engraving was slightly off centred.

파리 최고의 오피신 매장! 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주셨어요. 특히 대기 줄에서 정말 훌륭하게 도와주셨고, 다른 오피신 매장을 방문한 후 이곳의 직원들과 전반적인 서비스가 얼마나 더 나은지 깨달았습니다. 이름은 기억나지 않지만, 국제 관계학을 전공하는 것 같았던 그 젊은 여성분은 30분 동안 대기하는 동안 정말 친절하게 대해주셨어요. 이 지점만 강력 추천합니다!

Meilleure boutique Officine de Paris ! Best Officine Store in Paris!! The staff were so lovely and attentive, and were very caring towards us. They were especially excellent in the queue, and once we had visited another Officine store we saw just how much better the staff and overall experience was here. Unfortunately i do not remember her name, but the lovely young lady studying International Relations? I think? Was so lovely to us in the 30 minute queue. Would only recommend this branch!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Officine Universelle Buly in Rue de Richelieu. Our sales assistant, Amel, made both of our visits truly unforgettable. She welcomed us with so much warmth, took her time to explain the brand’s history, and guided us through the products with exceptional professionalism and elegance. She let us try everything we were interested in, personalized our comb and lipstick box on the spot, and even helped me find the perfect oil for my skin. Her attention to detail and her ability to understand what we were looking for were truly impressive. When we returned the next day, she recognized us immediately and was just as kind and helpful again. Shopping here feels special, refined, and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommended – thank you, Amel, for making our experience so memorable!

정말 예쁜 가게고 직원분들도 친절해요. 빗, 브러시, 머리핀 몇 개를 샀는데, 가격은 좀 나가지만 마음에 드는 물건을 잔뜩 사게 될 거예요!

Lovely shop, staff are nice. I bought a comb, brush and some hair pins. Be prepared to spend serious money but to walk away with great items!
