  발렌타인데이에 이곳에 가서 5코스 발렌타인데이 특별 메뉴를 즐겼습니다. 서비스는 정말 최고였어요. 모든 직원이 미소로 우리를 맞이해주었고, 특히 담당 서버였던 조던은 밤새도록 친절하고 도움을 아끼지 않았습니다. 폴라로이드 사진을 찍어주는 아이디어도 발렌타인데이에 딱 맞는 귀여운 콘셉트였어요! 분위기도 발렌타인데이 저녁 식사에 제격이었어요. 조명과 분위기가 완벽했습니다. 음식은 보기에도 아름다웠고, 다채롭고 신선한 맛이 일품이었습니다. 애피타이저로 나온 미뇨네트 소스를 곁들인 동해안 굴은 정말 신선해서 식사를 시작하기에 완벽했어요. 부라타 치즈는 보기에도 아름다웠고, 포도 콩포트와 함께 먹으니 독특한 풍미를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 비프 타르타르도 훌륭했고, 수제 케틀칩과 함께 나왔는데, 특히 딜 향이 은은하게 느껴져서 좋았습니다. 호주산 와규 스트립로인과 태평양산 블랙코드도 각각 독특하고 맛있는 소스와 함께 제공되어 모두 훌륭했습니다. 디저트는 최고였어요. 바나나 커스터드 파이는 식사 후 배가 부른 상태에서 먹으니 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 전반적으로 흠잡을 데가 없었어요. 남자친구와 저에게 완벽한 경험이었습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요!

  Went here for valentine’s day and had the five course fixed menu valentines dinner. The service was beyond exceptional - everyone smiled and greeted us as we walked to our table, and our server, Jordan, was extremely friendly and helpful the entire night. We also thought the polaroid pictures was such a cute concept for valentine’s day! The atmosphere was great for a nice valentines dinner - perfect lighting and ambiance. The food was presented beautifully and hit a diverse palate of tastes that was refreshing and delicious. To start, the east coast oysters with the mignonette was so fresh - a great introduction to the meal. The burrata had a beautiful presentation and hit a unique taste palate with the grape compote. The beef tartar was also amazingly done along with the homemade kettle chips, and I personally loved the hints of dill. The australian wagyu striploin and the pacific black cod were both equally amazing - both with their own unique tasty sauces. The dessert was top tier, with the banana custard pie being so satisfying after being full from the meals before. Overall I have no negative feedback - this was a perfect experience for my boyfriend and I. We will definitely be back!

  저희는 체이스 호텔에서 열린 윈터리셔스 행사의 마지막 날을 즐겼는데, 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 세 가지 코스 요리 모두 훌륭한 선택이었어요. 트러플 버섯 수프는 진하고 크리미했지만, 신선한 부라타 치즈는 실패할 확률이 없죠. 메인 요리로는 둘 다 와규 스테이크를 주문했는데, 완벽하게 구워져서 딱 저희가 좋아하는 굽기였습니다. 저는 디저트를 즐겨 먹는 편은 아닌데, 스티키 토피 푸딩은 접시를 싹싹 핥아먹을 뻔했어요. 남편은 초콜릿 타르트를 먹었는데, 괜찮았다고 합니다. 처음에는 입구 쪽 야외 테라스에 있는 2인용 테이블에 앉았는데, 창문으로 바람이 들어와서 정말 견딜 수가 없었어요. 자리를 바꿔달라고 요청했더니 큰 테이블 가운데 있는 다른 2인용 테이블로 옮겨줬는데, 제 작은 디올 가방 하나 놓을 공간도 없을 정도로 좁고 시끄러웠습니다. 테이블이 너무 작아서 주문한 와인 병을 바 카운터 옆에 놓아야 했는데, 남편과 이야기하려면 "소리 질러야" 할 정도였어요. 그 때문에 와인 병을 제대로 볼 수도 없어서 무슨 와인을 마시고 있는지 기억하기 어려웠습니다. 이런 이유로 별점을 하나 깎았습니다.

  We caught the tail end of Winterlicious at the Chase, and it was not disappointing. Good options for all three courses. The truffled mushroom soup was rich and creamy, but you just can’t go wrong with the fresh burrata. For main we both had the wagyu steak which was done to perfection, and exactly how we liked it. I’m not a dessert person, but I almost licked the plate off the sticky toffee pudding. My husband had the chocolate tart which was okay. We were seated at a two-person table by the entrance in the enclosed outdoor space at first, with draft coming through the window, making it absolutely unbearable. We demanded to switch and were seated at another two-person table in the middle of a big table. Bottom line, there’s no room for me to even put down my small Dior bag, tight space and very noisy. I had to “yell” to talk to my husband even our table was small enough that they had to put the bottle of wine we ordered by the bar space. For the whole time, we didn’t get to look at the bottle to remember what we were drinking. For this reason, I needed to take a star off.

  간단하게 뭐 좀 먹고 마시려고 들렀는데, 정말 잘한 선택이었어요. 한겨울이었는데도 경치가 너무 아름다웠어요. 서비스도 훌륭하고 처음부터 끝까지 세심하게 신경 써주셨어요. 음료도 정말 맛있었고, 포카치아도 최고였어요. 굴도 신선하고 맛있었는데, 한 가지 주의할 점은 빨간 소스가 엄청 맵다는 거예요! 다음에 토론토에 오면 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요.

  Stopped in for a quick bite and drink, and I’m so glad I did. Even in the dead of winter, the views were lovely. The service was excellent and attentive throughout. The drinks were incredible, and the focaccia was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fresh and tasty, though fair warning – the red sauce packs serious heat! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Toronto.

  오랜만에 친구들을 만나러 토론토에 갔는데, 함께 더 체이스(The Chase)에서 저녁을 먹기로 했어요. 친구 한 명이 우리 네 명을 위해 예약을 해줬는데, 정말 탁월한 선택이었죠. 레스토랑은 따뜻하고 아늑했고, 직원분들도 모두 친절했어요. 사람이 많지 않아서 좋았고, 운 좋게도 멋진 도시 전망을 감상할 수 있는 좋은 자리에 앉을 수 있었어요. 음식과 음료 모두 훌륭했어요. 새우 칵테일은 정말 맛있었고, 스테이크와 파스타 두 가지를 포함한 메인 요리도 모두 만족스러웠어요. 우리는 한참 동안 이야기를 나누며 못다 한 이야기를 했어요. 디저트로 아이스크림을 먹었는데 정말 맛있었어요. 전반적으로 아주 즐거운 경험이었고, 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요.

  I hadn't seen my friends in a long time, so during my visit to Toronto we decided to eat at The Chase. One of my friends made a reservation for the 4 of us and it turned out to be a great choice. The restaurant was warm and cozy and everyone who worked there was really nice. It wasn't very busy, which was nice, and we were lucky to have great seats with an amazing view of the city. The food and drinks were excellent. The shrimp cocktail was fantastic and our mains, including the steak and two pastas, were all really enjoyable. We spent a lot of time just chatting and catching up. For dessert we had ice cream which I absolutely loved. Overall it was a really pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.
